We have created lollipopgifts.com with just one thing in mind – a place to relax, browse and spoil you and your friends. While browsing you will come across many different and unique items, simply click and buy the products you like.
How do I find a specific item?
If you know what you are looking for, use the PRODUCT SEARCH function at the top of the screen and you will be directed to the relevant product pages from which you can shop.
How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
Shop by browsing through our different categories - new products, fashion, gifts and home, little lollipop, seasonal, special offers. Within each category you will be given several product options, such as clothing, jewellery, accessories. Click on one of these, and you will be taken to the products you can buy.
Click on the product image to access the individual item’s product page where you will be given further information as well as sizing and colour options.
Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on ‘Add to shopping bag’ button near the desired item.
Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag.
To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the item. To change the number of items, key in the new quantity and click on ‘Update shopping bag’.
To resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the ‘Continue Browsing’ button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag it is not on hold, and another customer can still purchase it.
Proceed to checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items shown should be in stock. However, from time to time items sell out online or in store before we've had chance to temporarily remove them from lollipopgifts.com. If any of the items you ordered are not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and endeavour to get the item(s) back in stock.

How soon can I get my order?
At lollipopgifts.com we want you to receive your purchase as quickly and effortlessly as possible. When you have ordered that special item, we don’t want you to have to wait for up to a week to receive it, so we do our best to deliver it to you within 48 hours, often sooner. We try to dispatch your order within one working day of receiving it, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
