Return of faulty goods
All of us here at lollipopgifts.com are determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a very happy customer!
If however, you have purchased a product that is faulty, please return it to us at Lollipop within seven days. Please call us on 01451 822111 or email immediately upon receipt of the product, quoting your order number, and we will then talk you through the returns procedure. Please do not send any item back to Lollipop without contacting a member of our team first, as we will need to give you a returns number to ensure that the goods reach the correct department.
Return of non-faulty goods
We are certain that you will be more than happy with every item purchased at lollipopgifts.com, but should the unlikely event arise that you wish to cancel/return your order then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your purchase order within seven days of receipt by the appropriate addressee, of products sold under our agreement with you. Basically this means that you can return your order within seven days of receiving it.
We cannot however accept returns if:
• the products have been personalised or customised in any way
• the packaging has been unsealed or damaged
• the product is perishable
• the product is earrings or undergarments - for hygiene reasons
To return your products you will need to firstly contact us on 01451 822111 or email, so that we may give you a returns number and talk you through the returns procedure.
You will need to send written notice and return the products purchased to lollipopgifts.com (for our postal address please refer to your online invoice or the delivery note despatched with your goods, or at the bottom of this online page).
Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt incase of any damages in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. only when we have received the item in its original state will lollipopgifts.com refund the purchase price: if the product is not in a saleable condition we will not be able to offer you a refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery costs of returning unwanted goods and if the items returned are not in a resalable condition then regrettably we will have to resend the goods to you at your expense.
