Delivery

At lollipopgifts.com we want you to receive your purchase as quickly and effortlessly as possible. When you have ordered that special item, we don't want you to have to wait for up to a week to receive it, so we do our best to deliver it to you within 48 hours. We aim to have your order despatched within 24 hours (weekdays) of receiving it, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your item will be packed and despatched, provided:

• The item or items you have chosen are in stock
• Payment has been approved
• The delivery/billing address has been verified

When these prerequisites have been met, we will send you an email to let you know your order has been dispatched. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.

Delivery Costs

Free UK delivery for standard orders £50 and over

Orders under £50 will be charged £4.95 for postage and packing

Next Day Delivery: £10

Furniture, chandeliers, mirrors and larger than average products are considered non standard. Please contact our customer service team on 01451 822111 or email us to obtain a delivery quote.

International Delivery:

Next Day Delivery

If like us, you don't want to wait days for your special gift, our Next Day Delivery is a next working day Royal Mail Special Delivery service, available for deliveries throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Providing your order has been received with lollipopgifts.com before 1pm and weighs under 2kg, your order will be dispatched the same day, so your package will arrive the next day of you placing your order (subject to stock availability)

Please note that orders received and confirmed by 1pm on Friday - requesting next day delivery - will be dispatched the same day, but some Royal Mail depots do not deliver Special Delivery on a Saturday, and as a result may not be delivered until the following Monday. If you order over a Bank Holiday period, please allow extra time for delivery.

Normal Delivery

If you are not in a hurry for a particular item, our Normal Delivery service for smaller items will take between 2-7 working days (subject to stock availability). Depending on size and value, we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so a signature will be required on receipt of delivery.

International Delivery

If your delivery address is in Europe postage and packing is £6.95

Please note: lollipopgifts.com is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country, who will calculate the amount of customs and sales tax you need to pay, usually before you receive your goods.
